PHOTOS: Miley Cyrus Performs On Stage Yet Again In Nearly Nude Outfit

Miley Cyrus, once again, winked and sticked her tongue
out at her audience while performing on stage at the
2013 iHeartRadio Music Festival yesterday evening
(September 21).
The 20-year-old entertainer performed a few songs for
the event which held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena
in Las Vegas while wearing a completely sheer outfit and
nipple pasties on her breasts.
